His reputation for releasing distressed government-held properties has earned him immense respect and recognition in the real estate industry.

Representing the next generation of leadership, Yuvraj brings global insight and modern execution to the company’s vision. A graduate of Hult International Business School, he began his career in New York with Wyser Prate Management, followed by a role at Curve Hospitality, where he managed procurement for large-scale hospitality and commercial projects. Since returning to India, he has led the expansion into premium residential developments in South Delhi, overseeing construction and procurement with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and design excellence.
